IRN-BRU Turkey Recipe
A family run butcher from East Dunbartonshire has added some fizz to the ultimate turkey recipe using IRN-BRU as its key ingredient.
W J Lewis Butchers of Milngavie finishes its birds off with a distinctive orange IRN-BRU glaze. Their special recipe also has a true Scottish kick with a unique beef, sage and 'BRU' stuffing. Get involved using the recipe below.
